The Bespoke Itinerary’s fee structure creates an advisory relationship that is completely unbiased, allowing it to be built on a foundation of trust and transparency. We spend on average 10-20 hours planning a trip from initial discussions to when the client is home. As with most travel professionals, we charge an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferable consulting fee for our services.

A highly personalized concierge travel planning service for you and your household. The fee covers our extensive research, expertise, itinerary design, access to VIP suppliers and amenities, complete booking and trip management and support while you are traveling.
We handle everything on your behalf. You will have access to exceptional ultra-insider experiences, expertly curated restaurant recommendations and reservations, and a Destination Guide tailored to your personal interests and desires. A bespoke itinerary just for you, filled with suggestions that will intrigue and excite. Everytime.
The Bespoke Traveler
$1200 per trip
When you only want one destination of a beach, city break or cruise and do not need full itinerary planning, we can still help create a memorable vacation. After a consultation, you will receive 3-5 resort, cruise or hotel options that most closely match your preferences.
We will then book your accommodations with VIP amenities to include upgrades, complimentary breakfast, dining and / or spa credits when available. You will also receive The Bespoke Itinerary’s curated Destination Guide with recommendations and suggestions for activities, restaurants and experiences from our personal and highly sought after little black book.
One Destination Traveler
$400 PER TRIP
We are happy to book your hotel or cruise reservations when you know what you want. No fee for these bookings and you will receive all the luxury VIP perks and amenities available if applicable from our friends in the travel industry. The Self Planner

The Bespoke Itinerary team travel extensively and are discerning critics. We are luxury travel experts. Our hotels are vetted and subjected to a rigorous set of demands. We focus on distinctiveness and some of the biggest names don’t make the cut. As our client, you will receive this valuable insight. We know where the Presidential Suite isn’t a good value, or where the pool villas simply outshine the rest. This insight can make or break a vacation and you can relax knowing that every element of your stay has been carefully considered and curated.
