A Good Conversation
STEP 1
We will meet in person, on zoom or phone and discover the who, what, where and how much. We will brainstorm ideas and ascertain what your goals for your trip are. Is it active adventures? Exploring off the beaten path? Discovering the best food and wine? Shopping till you drop? Quality time together? R&R? Or maybe, all of the above! The Trip Design Fee is due after this conversation.

STEP 2
The Bespoke Itinerary will begin thoughtfully crafting your journey. In 10-14 days, you will receive a detailed proposal for your unique and elevated experience with plenty of VIP touches. We will meet again to get your feedback and collaborate until we have designed the perfect escape just for you. Your Design fee includes up to three iterations.

Taking Care of Details
STEP 3
Once a proposal is accepted, The Bespoke Itinerary will execute all the logistics of your trip. You dream of what to pack and the joy of what’s to come! We will handle details of hotels, transfers, tours, VIP excursions, event & museum tickets, travel insurance, insider recommendations on what to see and do, restaurant suggestions and reservations, shopping suggestions and more.

STEP 4
Bon Voyage! Access your detailed itinerary on our mobile app and jet off with confidence you have an expertly curated vacation. You will be able to reach us or our in-destination travel partners while you travel in case any issues or questions arise.

WHEN ARE FEES DUE? WHAT IS CANCELLATION POLICY?
Fees are due after the Initial Consultation and before planning begins. Please note the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Bespoke Itinerary will reschedule bookings once complimentary. More than once will incur an additional fee.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
We always recommend travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind before and during travel.
WHEN SHOULD WE START PLANNING?
6-9 months notice is preferred to gain access to the best availability and pricing. For bucket-list experiences, 9-12 months lead-time is ideal. Last minute trips are possible if you are willing to be flexible and if The Bespoke Itinerary has time in our schedule to accommodate.
WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID OR OTHER CONCERNS—WILL YOU HELP ME NAVIGATE THOSE?
Yes, of course! As industry experts, we have a handle on rapidly changing restrictions (including COVID) from country to country—we’ll guide you through it all so you’re prepared for and confident to travel.
